Airship Upgrades- All Airships are fitted with a standard medium Khyber Dragon Shards. If you increase the Dragonshard to a large double the capacity, if you decrease to small reduce to half rounding down.

Teleportation Module: This module allows the unit to teleport (as the teleport spell) itself and up to a light load without error as a standard action. After use, the module requires a one week cooldown time before it can be used again. This module increases the unit’s armor check penalty by 2 points and decreases its maximum speed by 25 feet. Transliteration Module: This module gives the unity all the benefits of a helm of comprehend languages and read magic. Furthermore, the unit can detect and comprehend magical writing rigged to set off a harmful effect (such as a sepia snake sigil or the symbol of spells) without triggering it. Control Flaps: Increases maneuverability of the airship equipped with them by one step. They can be targeted separately from the airship and have an AC of 15, hardness of 5, and 20 Hitpoints. This upgrade can be taken upto 1 time per size category. Local Navigatonal: A dragonshard compass and a mental map with a at will Find the Path effect for the pilot. The map can hold as many locations in it as ther are possible enhancements slots on the airship. Value 10,450 gp; weight – Upgrade Slots Taken: 1

Self Navigation: The airship will be able to get itself to the general location of a predetermined destination using locations in the local navigation module. This replicates a Dominate Monster effect on the bound elemental. This does not allow the airship to dock or self pilot if a difficult situation and if the airship become aware it has encountered a dangerous situation it will stop and leave full control up to a pilot. Aerial Awareness: A map is displayed within the mind of the pilot, detailing the basic surroundings out to 1 mile. The map does not pick up details smaller than a tree and does not detect creatures, only terrain. This ability may only be taken once. Anyone piloting the airship gains a +5 insight bonus to piloting the airship for all related checks. Requires: Self Navigation and Local Navigational Enhancements. Weapons Systems: The airship generates a magical field which empowers any siege weapons current on board. All siege weapons gain a +1 enchantment bonus, which does not stack with any current enchantment bonus they may possess. This ability may only be taken once. Shielding: All passengers are granted a +4 deflection bonus while on a exterior deck of the airship. All passengers on the ship are immune to the Spell Magic Missle and are granted an additional 25% cover bonus. Value 15,500 gp; weight 40 Upgrade Slots Taken: 1

Advanced Shielding: It is the same as Shielding but adds an additional +2 deflection bonus and add 10 resistance to an element type to all passengers of the airship. This may be stacked up to twice and each additional purchase a new element type needs to be chosen. Value 7,500 gp; weight 10 Upgrade Slots Taken: 1

Force Blast Mage Fire Cannon: This is the premier line of airship defense. An airship can either have it installed in a fixed position or have it on a swiveling rig. If it is a fixed cannon the check to hit is a pilot check and half the result to hit AC. If the cannon is on a swiveling platform the pilot

may make a ranged attack using their own attack bonus for ranged attacks. The cannon does 6d4+6 force damage on a successful hit. Value 12,200 gp; weight 300 Upgrade Slots Taken: 1 If you want a swivel option it is an additional 2,000 gold.

Mage Fire Cannon Ammo: Price (Item Level): 1,500 gpThis canister is full of pure magical energy that fuels Mage Fire cannons for the 12 shots. If the exterior is breached it does 4d6 force damage in a 30 foot radius (DC 20 reflex save) even if a creature saves versus the damage they are pushed back 5 feet away from the center of the blast. The canister has 10 hardness 10 Hitpoints

Ballista: This attaches a ballista to the airship that is self firing and has a capacity top fire upto

6 ballista bolts till it needs to be reloaded. When the Ballista’s is out of bolts it needs to reload

it takes a team of three 30 seconds to reload a single ballista into the warforged, so a full reload

would be 3 minutes. The ballista does 3d6+3 damage and the targeting is handled in a similar manner as a mage fire cannon but with a 60 foot range. Value 6,200 gp; weight 500 lb Upgrade Slots Taken: 1 If you want a swivel option it is an additional 1,000 gold.

Speed Enhancement: You maximize the channels and binding to the elemental ring and your speed is increased because of it. The airships maximum speed is increased by 50 feet. Value 7,890 gp; weight 10 Upgrade Slots Taken: 1

Advance Speed Enhancement: The elemental and its binding are pushed its limit and if the structure of the airship is not increased it may break up mid-air. Value 14,600 gp; weight 25 Upgrade Slots Taken: 1

Structural Upgrade: The structure of the airship is more resilient than most and it is no longer at

risk of breaking up if the airship is modified for speed to extreme amounts. This upgrade doubles the hardness of the airship and allows Value 6,200 gp; weight 900 Upgrade Slots Taken: 0
